What file format should I send?
+
PDF is always the safest. Export from your design software with 3mm bleed, CMYK colour mode, and embedded fonts. If you're working in PowerPoint or Word, export to PDF before sending; don't send the native file unless we ask for it.
How do I know if my file is print-ready?
+
Three things to check: colour mode is CMYK, not RGB, all images are 300 DPI at final print size, and there's 3mm bleed on every edge that bleeds to the trim. If you're unsure, send it anyway, we check everything before confirming the job.
What's the difference between paper weights?
+
80–90gsm is everyday document paper. 115–170gsm is the standard range for flyers and brochures. 300–350gsm is the weight for business cards and covers. The higher the number, the thicker and more premium the feel in the hand.
What does "same-day" actually mean?
+
Send your print-ready file before 2pm. We confirm the spec within 30 minutes. Your job is ready for collection by the close of business the same evening. For smaller jobs, often much sooner. For drawing sets under 500 sheets, same-day shipping is standard.
